See the Site

This is a fairly straight-forward site for a history of the Internet. It's actually just one long page and uses the Javascript highlighted below to jump to specific areas of the page.
These jQuery files were supplied courtesy of devirtuoso.com, and can be found here for your own enjoyment. As far as how it works, the animate function is used for a specific location, which is then referenced with an id that the href in the navigation points to.

The content for the site was gathered in much a way one would gather material for a research paper. Everything I found I had to cite, which is found at the bottom of the page in proper format. As far as within the material goes, I always prefer footnotes as they are less obtrusive.

I used Bickham Script Pro for the title of the piece, to an antiquated to the "History of..." portion. to mess with the glyphs of each character (the tails shooting off the letters) open up the font in Illustrator, go to Style => Glyphs, highlight the specific letter you want to see options for, and check the box that says show all character types.
jQuery function for scrolling
